What is Listing Marketing Coordination?
Listing Marketing Coordination (LMC) is a systemized process that includes all of the steps — from pre-listing to marketing to tracking — that need to happen when you take on a new listing. The process begins with organizing and documenting the processes you use to get your listing in front of prospective buyers. Once these processes are in place, you are in a position to assign parts of the process to someone else to execute and track, freeing up your time to go out and generate new listings.
