Rates

Each project/contract is priced according to it’s individual requirements.  A consultation is necessary in order to provide a quote for services.

General pricing guidelines are listed below. These rates are strictly a guideline.  Each project will need to be outlined and quoted in order for pricing to be determined for your project.  Minimum hourly rates are always negotiable.  To request a quote specifically for your project, please contact us

Minimum Hourly Rates

One-time projects and tasks are billed hourly. Our hourly rates vary according to the service being rendered. Design services, for example, are billed at a higher rate than general business support services.

Level 1 – ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES – Minimum Rates
Document Preparation/Mailing Services $20 per hour
Internet/Traditional Research $20 per hour
Basic Spreadsheet Design (Microsoft Excel) $20 per hour
Data Entry $20 per hour
General Administrative Support $20 per hour
Contact Management $20 per hour

 

Level 2 – ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES – Minimum Rates
Basic Database Design (Microsoft Access) $40 per hour

 

WEB SITE SERVICES – Minimum Rates
Website Usability Consulting FREE
Website Evaluation Services FREE
Website Maintenance $40 per hour
Website Redesign $60 per hour
Website Design $60 per hour

Retainer Packages

If a client requests ongoing month-to-month assistance, retainer packages for business support services are available. The retainer packages allow the client to pay by the first of the month for a specified number of hours for that month.  In return, they are guaranteed availability for that amount of time each month, and they receive a discounted hourly rate determined by the number of hours they choose.

Retainer Plans

Plan 5 10  hours per month =  5% discount
Plan 10 20 hours per month = 10% discount
Plan 15 40 hours per month =  15% discount
Plan 20 40+ hours per month = 20% discount
NOTES
  • Monthly hours exceeding plan’s allotted hours are charged at plan’s equivalent hourly rate
  • Unused hours do not carry forward nor shall they be redeemed
  • To receive the retainer plan discounts, clients must sign a minimum 3 month contract payable in three equal monthly installments

Invoicing Schedule

Invoices are submitted to clients on the first of the month or as contracted, whichever applies.

Rush Orders

Rush jobs are subject to a 25% premium above our usual rates

Office Disbursements

Copying, postage, courier, long distance costs, etc. as per costs incurred and agreed to at contract signing

Terms of Payment

We accept cash, checks or money order
A $30 service charge will apply to any NSF checks
Overdue invoices are subject to 10% interest charges per month

Referral Plan

Refer someone to us and, when they use and pay for our services, we will provide you with one hour’s free service on your next project.
